These terms cover your use of Plywood Planner, a service by YLabs ("we"). By using Plywood Planner from your AI assistant or this website, you agree to them.

The service

Plywood Planner calculates how to cut rectangular parts from sheets or boards with straight, edge-to-edge cuts, from the sizes you give, and shows the result as a cut sheet. The layouts come from a calculation that aims for low waste; they are not guaranteed to be the best possible layout.

Check before you cut

• A plan is only as good as the sizes it was given. Check the parts list, the sheet size and the kerf, and measure your material before you cut.
• Real sheets can differ from their nominal size, and edges may need squaring. Use edge trim where needed.
• Power saws are dangerous. Follow your saw's safety instructions. The cut order is a suggestion, not safety advice.

Fair use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, and no automated bulk use. Limits apply per plan (up to 200 pieces and 50 sheets) and per minute.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Plywood Planner reliable, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, YLabs is not liable for material, time or other losses from using a plan, or for indirect or consequential losses.
